  • Where are you based?
    Tangelo is born and bred in London, United Kingdom. 🇬🇧 Conceived during the gloomy winter months, Tangelo was inspired by that warm and wonderful holiday glow and is designed for the everyday summer-holiday feeling. 🌴 Who doesn't want endless summer! ☀️
  • Shipping + delivery
    Tell it to me straight. How much is shipping? ✉️ We offer FREE standard shipping within the United Kingdom for all orders. Fast tracked shipping is £3.99. Ok cool, but what if i'm not located in the UK? 🌏 We’re very worldly, we ship internationally for only £9.99. All international orders are subject to customs, taxes, tariffs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide information on whether you may or may not be charged customs/duty fees. Duties will be determined by the country of import of your order based off the order value. Please note that we are unable to fulfil any request to declare your package for any value other than the total value paid at checkout. Tangelo assumes no responsibility for duties incurred on discounted, promotional or give away items. All charges must be paid by the parcel recipient. By placing an order, you authorise Tangelo to import your product on your behalf and agree to Tangelo delegating the import of your products to a third party. When will I receive my order? 📦 We get it. Tangelo pieces are exciting, so you'll want them straight away! Orders are typically despatched within 1-2 business days and should arrive within 1-10 workings days, depending on you which delivery method you selected at the checkout. Due to the busy holiday seasons, fulfilment and order processing may be delayed. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays will be shipped out the following 1-2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number so you can follow your items journey. Keep in mind that it sometimes takes Royal Mail 1-2 business days to update the tracking of your order. So if you don’t see it right away, don’t panic, good things take time. Once your order has been despatched via Royal Mail, at that point, your order becomes the courier's responsibility; however, if you are attempting to locate your order, the team will happily provide your tracking number and help you in any way possible. Please note that your order will be delivered to the address that was stated on your shipping form. It's essential that your shipping information is supplied correctly as it can not be changed. Tangelo can not be held responsible for any misplaced orders due to the incorrect information or incorrect addresses being entered, nor can they be held liable for any mistakes made by the courier.
  • Care instructions
    How do I keep my Tangelo looking on point? 💫 Diving into a pool in your Tangelo pieces can be tempting but to keep your jewellery in its original, crisp condition, remove before any wet or sweaty activities. If you get your Tangelo jewels wet, rinse after with fresh water and pat dry. Keep it au naturale and avoid cleaning products, body lotions, hairspray, and perfume when wearing your pieces. How do I store my Tangelo pieces? 🛏️ 💤 Our products are full of sunshine but like us, they can be sensitive to sun exposure. Store pieces in a dry place, preferably flat, always out of direct light, and away from moisture and extreme heat.
  • Returns + exchanges
    We hope you love Tangelo as much as we do! But if you don’t, that’s okay too. 🎀 If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we can provide an exchange/refund for any product ordered from Tangelo within 14 days of purchase. Just contact us (don’t forget to include your order number) with the products you'd like to exchange/return and we'll take it from there. Please note, we are only able to accept returns on full priced items - excluding earrings; and products are to be sent back unworn and in their original packaging. Refunds exclude shipping costs.
